ACCESSIBILITY

Digital experiences should work for more people.

We design the CT DIGITAL GROUP website and AI experiences to be usable across devices, input methods and common accessibility needs, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing product responsibility.

Accessibility approach

Designed to improve, not declare victory.

Our target

We aim toward recognised WCAG 2.2 AA practices where reasonably practicable, while continuing to test and improve the live site rather than claiming blanket conformance without an independent audit.

Keyboard and focus

Interactive controls are intended to remain reachable and understandable with keyboard navigation, with visible focus states and semantic controls where practical.

Motion and visual effects

The site uses motion and immersive visual treatments. Where supported, reduced-motion preferences are respected for major animation layers and interactive transitions.

Responsive layouts

Pages are designed for desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile layouts. The bottom command dock becomes a compact mobile navigation bar on smaller screens.

Images and text

Meaningful images should use suitable alternative text, while decorative visual layers are hidden from assistive technology where appropriate.

AI and forms

Cora and the guided enquiry flow provide text-based routes that do not require voice. The guided flow asks one question at a time and keeps contact capture separate from qualification.

Known limitations

Complex visual scenes, third-party services or newly introduced components may occasionally present accessibility limitations. We prefer to identify and correct these rather than treat accessibility as a one-time checklist.

Tell us what is not working

If something on the site prevents you from accessing information or completing an enquiry, use the Contact page or Cora and tell us what happened and what device or assistive technology you were using.
