AI is identified as AI
Cora is presented as an AI receptionist. Guided qualification, AI-generated answers and AI-assisted routing are not represented as human conversation.
CT DIGITAL GROUP uses AI as operating capability, not as hidden theatre. This page explains how customer-facing AI is identified, where humans remain in control and how capability is governed.

AI systems may prepare, classify, recommend, route or draft. They do not independently approve contracts, pricing, payments, deployment to client systems or other consequential commercial commitments unless a specific governed process explicitly provides otherwise.
Our internal capability engine distinguishes mapped capability, validation state, deployment state and commercial approval. A broad capability cluster does not automatically grant authority to every capability beneath it.
The guided Cora funnel asks a limited number of context questions, produces a structured brief and then requests contact details. Contact information is kept separate until the visitor chooses to submit.
AI responses may be incomplete or mistaken. Important decisions, contractual commitments, technical changes and sensitive matters should be confirmed through the appropriate human or governed operational route.
Visitors are told not to submit passwords, card details, API keys, medical data or other sensitive credentials through Cora or guided forms.
We may change models, routing, prompts or toolchains as systems improve. Governance principles and customer-facing responsibilities remain more important than a particular model name.
Visitors can ask Cora for help, use the guided enquiry path, or route a question through Contact. Human follow-up remains available.
